With more than 35 years of experience in project/program delivery and consulting, Ian is an accomplished leader. His extensive expertise in this domain includes guiding the development of strategic business cases, overseeing business systems transformation, driving significant organisational changes, and managing mergers/acquisition programs.
The breadth of Ian's skills and experiences includes strategic and business consulting, business process outsourcing, project management, organisational change management, stakeholder communication, team leadership and motivation, contract negotiation and RFP management.
Ian has experience across multiple sectors, including aged care, disability care, telecommunications, finance, insurance, government and education. He has proven ability in collaborating with executives, management and users at all levels, and in working as both a leader or member of a team.
