This is the privacy policy of Rohling Pty Ltd ABN 78 158 555 634(“Rohling”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

This privacy policy outlines how we collect and use your personal information, as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”), in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) under the Privacy Act.

By submitting your personal information to us, including through our contact or feedback forms, or by using our websites, products and/or services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and handling of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Third parties to whom we disclose personal information may from time to time be located overseas, including, but not limited to, our partners and service providers located in the United States. You consent to any such overseas disclosure and acknowledge APP 8.1 will not apply to such disclosure.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in connection with any actual or contemplated sale or reorganisation of the whole or any part of business of Rohling including in connection with a sale or other transaction involving the disposal of all or part of our business or assets, the financing of such a sale or transaction, any due diligence in connection with such a sale or transaction and, subject to applicable law, completion of any such sale or transaction.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take all reasonable efforts to keep personal information which we collect and hold secure and protected from unauthorised access. To help protect the privacy of data and personal information we collect and hold, we maintain technical and administrative securities in line with our internal data security policy, which includes maintaining physical access restrictions and passwords to our computer systems.
