What is iPaaS?

iPaaS stands for integration platform as a service. It is a cloud platform that connects applications and data, moves information between them and automates the processes that run across them. Workato is an enterprise iPaaS, so organisations don’t need to build and maintain a custom link for each system.

How is AI governed in Workato?

Workato applies access controls, approval steps, audit logging and monitoring to the workflows and AI agents that run through it. For example, administrators control who builds and deploys agents, critical AI decisions can be routed to a person for approval, and a log records workflow runs, configuration changes and user actions. Rohling helps design these controls around your roles, obligations and risk appetite.
