New Chapter

After eight years as Chief Operating Officer, Ian Gilmour is transitioning to leading client engagements, with Tim Austen appointed to the COO role.

A message from Darren Gossling, CEO and Managing Partner, as Rohling marks 12 years of service

I am pleased to announce that after eight years of serving as Chief Operating Officer Ian Gilmour is transitioning to leading client engagements. This will allow him to continue making a difference in the aged care and disability services sectors while also ramping down his time spent at work to spend more time with family and friends, and to pursue new personal projects and interests.

There are no words in any language that are adequate to describe Ian’s contributions to Rohling as COO. I would like to thank Ian for his last eight years in the role, which saw him lead both client engagements and Rohling’s operations team side-by-side.

I am looking forward to continuing to work with Ian in his passion for working on client engagements.

I am also delighted to announce that Tim Austen has been appointed as Rohling’s new Chief Operating Officer.

With an exceptional track record in operational leadership and a proven ability to drive strategic business capability, Tim brings a wealth of experience to our executive team and client engagements, which has been forged over more than 20 years in the industry.

A former Director of Operations, Tim has expertise in leading strategic business operations and development, project management, finance, IT strategy and delivery, and data and analytics.

He is more than well-equipped to help steer Rohling towards continued success, and his collaborative approach to leadership, spirit of service and passion for innovation will be invaluable as we continue to support our clients.

Congratulations to both Ian and Tim. We at Rohling are excited for this new chapter.
