How We Engage
Rohling works across four engagement models, from a focused advisory sprint through to a long-term embedded partnership. Each is designed for a different stage and scale of need.
The right model depends on what you are trying to achieve, how much internal capacity you have, and how quickly you need to move.

ADVISORY SPRINT
A structured, time-bounded engagement, typically four to eight weeks, that produces a specific, usable output. Advisory Sprints are designed for organisations that need clear advice or analysis quickly, without committing to a longer program.
Advisory Sprints are well suited to:
- AI readiness assessments and AI governance reviews
- System selection scoping and independent vendor assessments
- Regulatory readiness reviews and reform response planning
- Operating model reviews and process analysis
- Board and executive briefings on technology or strategic decisions
An Advisory Sprint produces a defined deliverable – a report, a framework, a decision brief – and concludes with a clear view of what comes next.

PROJECT ENGAGEMENTS
Defined-scope delivery for a specific program or initiative. Project Engagements are used when the work has clear boundaries, a defined outcome and a finite timeline – system implementations, transformation programs, change management delivery or independent program assurance.
Rohling provides the delivery capability your organisation needs: program and project management, solution architecture, business analysis, testing and change management. We provide the delivery leadership needed to coordinate vendors, internal teams and decision-makers.

MANAGED SERVICES
Ongoing support for business-critical platforms after go-live. Managed Services covers application management, platform administration, configuration management, continuous improvement, release management and integration monitoring. Delivered by experienced consultants who understand both the technology and the environment it operates in.
Managed Services is the ongoing engagement model Rohling uses to deliver Managed Services once a platform is live.
Available for TechnologyOne, Epicor FP&A, Epicor Senior Living, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other platforms Rohling has delivered on.

STRATEGIC DELIVERY PARTNERSHIP
Strategic Delivery Partnership (SDP) is Rohling’s dedicated embedded team model – blended rates, a named Solution Lead, and flexible composition across your evolving priorities. It is our most differentiated engagement model and worth understanding on its own terms.
