AGED CARE

Advisory, reform readiness,
transformation and technology delivery

Rohling has worked with aged care providers since 2012, across residential care, home care, retirement living and assisted living aged care groups – through major funding reforms, system replacements and service delivery change.

The sector has not stood still. AN-ACC replaced ACFI. The new Aged Care Act has reshaped provider obligations. Support at Home is remaking how home care works. The Aged Care Quality Standards require ongoing governance attention.

Providers are managing regulatory complexity at the same time as running services for thousands of older Australians every day. Rohling understands what that combination looks like from the inside. Our work is built around it.

WHY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGE US

Shape 3
The triggers are usually one of three things:

a major funding or regulatory change that requires a coordinated response; a system that is no longer fit for purpose; or a transformation program that needs more delivery capability and discipline than the internal team can provide on its own.

Rohling covers all three. Our advisory capability supports the planning and decision-making. Our delivery teams execute the work. We typically lead blended teams of client and Rohling resources, transferring skills and knowledge throughout the project. Where required, we continue through managed services and ongoing support so the value does not erode after the implementation team leaves.
